Instantly Dangerous

Learn one, simple self-defense move to defend yourself against 21 different attacks!

FINALLY feel safe and confident when out on your own (e.g. walking the dog, jogging, commuting)

What's included?πŸ‘‡πŸ½

  • Step-by-step instructions to learn one of the most effective self-defense moves ever created! (If you only learn one move, learn this one!)

  • Drills for every step to make this move second nature (because you don't have time to think when you are attacked)

  • Discover exactly how to apply this move to 21 different attacks (ONE move covers all of them!)

  • Learn when to run away and when to fight (it can be super dangerous if you make the wrong choice at the wrong time)

  • What words and body language to use to calm your attacker BEFORE you move to defend yourself (and hopefully avoid having to fight at all)

  • How to protect your vital organs and arteries before and during an attack

  • Where to look so that you know when your attacker is going to strike (HINT: his eyes will tell you nothing)

  • The simple (but counterintuitive!) secret to keeping your attacker off balance so that you can get the upper hand

  • The most effective ways to hurt your attacker (and the most common, super dangerous mistakes you should avoid when hitting or kicking)

  • All my best tips and tricks to put a bigger, faster, and stronger attacker on the ground QUICKLY!

How it worksπŸ‘‡πŸ½

1.

Get the element of surprise (I teach you how to do this even if your attacker surprised you first)

2.

Avoid or stop your attacker's instinctive moves (like pulling the trigger or pulling back)

3.

Stop his brain from catching up with what is happening (you do this by moving in a certain way and causing him pain)

4.

Immobilize him and get away

safely!

Here is a sneak peek of what you are getting! πŸ‘‡πŸ½

Hi! I'm Uda de Wet, one of only a small number of female Kalah instructors worldwide.

When I was thirteen I tried to escape a grab from behind using this "super cool" self-defense move I learned. It didn't work - even though the friend I was testing it with was smaller and weaker than I was. That was the first time I realized that a lot the stuff they teach as "women's self defense" only work in fairytales.

I don't live in a fairytale - I live in South Africa, a country that ranks fifth on the world's crime index. I need self-defense moves that really work - stuff I can trust to give me the best possible chance of getting out of a hairy situation alive.

This 1-21 move is one such move, something that has been tried and tested and really works, even against an attacker that is bigger, faster, and stronger than I am. And I am super excited to teach it to you as well!

Have some questions? Answers below! πŸ‘‡πŸ½

What martial art / combat system do you teach?

I teach the Kalah Combat System. It is a modern fighting system developed by Idan Abolnik and in the Israeli family of combat systems.

I have never done any self defense before; would I be able to learn this move?

Yes! I teach in a very step-by-step and thorough way, with plenty of demonstration and explanation. If you have never done any self-defense before, this move is ideal to start with!

I trained in various forms of martial arts; would this training still be useful?

The Kalah Combat System is unlike any self-defense or combat system you have ever seen. If you haven't trained in Kalah specifically, be prepared to have your mind blown, that's all I'm saying.

Do I need to be fit to learn this move?

You don't need to be fit to learn it. If you practice it properly, you will definitely become more fit, though. And it will be much easier to fight if you have at least a basic level of fitness. But you don't need to be fit up front to learn this move.

How many people can join in to learn from this course?

You can get as big a group together as you like! Ask family and friends to join in and learn the move together. All I ask is that you don't ask payment to attend practice sessions, and that you yourself take part.

What additional equipment do I need to practice?

You will learn hand-to-hand combat, knife defense, gun defense, and club defense. For knife and club defense you can use pretty much anything bendable that is roughly the size and shape of a knife or club. It's not easy to find something around the house to simulate a gun, though. So if you want to buy something, a rubber gun would be the only thing I would suggest. However, you can make do without it.

Except for that, you will need some space to practice, a practice buddy, and something to play the videos on.

For how long will I have access to this course?

You get product lifetime access. That means as long as I am offering this product, you will have access to it, including any upgrades and additions I may make.

Do you offer refunds?
